MODERNE MECCANICHE - FECKEN KIRFEL

This offering is a complete production line for the manufacture of Rubber and EVA foam. It is supplied by leading machine manufacturers, including the German Fecken Kirfel, the Italian Moderne Meccaniche, the German Boge and Wesero, the Italian Mapelli, Terenzio and Vigevano, the Taiwanese Kim Ho Sheng, among others.

The production line features several large-scale industrial machines equipped with operator platforms, integrated control panels, metal rollers, and exhaust hoods. The machinery is primarily painted green and fitted with prominent blue electric motors. Access to elevated areas is provided by staircases leading to platforms. Control panels and electrical cabinets are positioned on the right side of selected machines for efficient operational management.

The production line includes:
- 1 Italian 40-liter Banbury mixer by Moderne Meccaniche
- 1 Italian open mixing mill by Moderne Meccaniche
- 4 Taiwanese open mixing mills by Kim Ho Sheng Industrial Co Ltd.
- 1 Greek-made conveyor belt with automatic cutting system
- 2 large Italian vulcanization presses (Mapelli and Terenzio), each with 6 plates
- 2 medium Taiwanese vulcanization presses (DAH TYAN HYDRAULIC MACHINE INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD), each with 6 plates
- 1 small Greek vulcanization press (MIEL) with 2 plates
- 1 German rubber buffing machine by Wesero
- 4 German bandknife horizontal splitting machines by Fecken Kirfel – 2 K11 models and 2 G1 models
- 1 Greek strip cutting machine
- 1 Greek granulator (MIEL)
- 1 Italian thermoforming machine by Vigevano
- 2 Italian semi-automatic travelling head cutting presses (MAV-2 - Vigevano)
- Approximately 100 chrome-plated iron molds for rubber and EVA foam
- 1 German industrial screw compressor Boge C30 with 1000-liter tank and Omega dryer
- 1 Greek oil-fired steam boiler (PROODOS), 800 kg capacity
- 1 Italian Riello RL70 burner
