The line is constructed entirely of stainless steel and has the following features:

- cooling belt speed adjustable from 0.43 to 1.3 meters / minute

- pasteurization time from 1'50" to 5'30"

- cooling time from 7'58" to 24'

A steam generator suitable for this line is available but not included in the price listed.
