Foudila Oy DNM-153 Ultimate Deck Nailing Machine

DNM-153 is our brand-new model of deck nailing machine, developed on proven and reliable mechanics. Like our other production machines for the pallet industry, it is characterized by high quality, flexibility, and a user-friendly design optimized for efficient production.

The machine is designed for manufacturing decks in sizes from 600 × 400 mm up to 1600 × 1200 mm, where high production speed and fast changeover time is a top priority.

The machine is equipped with three nail guns with magazines for large nail coils. Each nailing pattern can include 1–3 nails and can also be clinched if needed. The boards are fed into cassettes with a very large buffer – three cassettes for stringer/under boards and one cassette for deck/upper boards. The machine is controlled and programmed via a modern, user-friendly software interface on a 10” touchscreen, using a Beckhoff control system.

Thanks to the machine’s compact design, it requires a very small production footprint.

At delivery, the machine arrives fully assembled, which makes installation fast and easy.

The machine can be equipped with an automatic stacker and automatic board feeder. These options can also be installed at a later stage, allowing for investment step-by-step.
