Emmegi Quadra L1

The QUADRA L1 consists of an automatic loading magazine and a gripper feed system for profile lengths up to 7,500 mm. The feed unit transports the profile bar to the machining unit, which is equipped with 6 spindle motors for drilling and milling operations all around the profile. The sawing module is 3-axis and fitted with a 600 mm diameter saw blade. The finished machined part is transported from the machining area to the unloading table by a discharge unit, where it is conveyed to the retrieval position via powered belts. The machining area is fully enclosed and can optionally be fitted with sound-absorbing mats.

Automatic loading magazine with a maximum capacity of 15 profiles at a width of 100 mm. The profiles are transported to the gripper position via belt conveyor.

Automatic 3-axis CNC feed unit. Based on profile data, the unit positions itself according to length and profile cross section at the loading position to feed the bar for processing.

The gripper clamps the profile bar at a predefined position specified in the technical drawing.

A 600 mm saw blade allows a wide cutting range thanks to its 3-axis travel capability.

Our price is net plus the applicable VAT. Transport is not included, but loading onto the customer’s truck can be arranged upon request.
