Wravor 1100

Complete plant for the sawing of lamellas from logs already squared to cant.

The line consists of:

- 2 in-line log loaders for direct feeding of the squared cants into the carriage of two Wravor 1100 horizontal saws;
- 2 automatic discharge systems with automatic insertion into the cleaning brush for removal of sawdust from the lamellas;
- automatic stacking system with direct vacuum transport for preparation of the batched lamella packs.

Indicative output: approximately 750 m² per machine per 8-hour shift, for a total output of about 1,500 m² per shift.

Plant built in 2020, currently still installed and operational, available for inspection by appointment.
Available from June.

Everything is fully operational; software, electrical and electronic control panels have been overhauled. Accessories included.
