Note:
The machine is 100% compatible with Rausch broaching machines of the same performance class in the RS 3, RS 4, and RS 6 series available on the market. All fixtures, tools or arbors can be used 100% interchangeably.

General information:
The double spindle drive ensures a smooth and centered pulling force as well as a constant broaching speed. The machine is primarily designed for the production of keyways up to 20mm. (From 16mm keyway tool width only with stepped tool shanks)

The design of the machine allows for fast and easy setup for broaching with flat broaching tools for keyways.

Thanks to the universally constructed drawbridge and machine table, broaching with both profile and flat broaching tools is possible. Profile broaching can be performed without the use of additional pull heads, by using simple centering bushings.
Suitable broaching tools and arbors for the machine are available on request.
