Overhauled 5-Axis CNC Turning-Boring-Milling Centre WFL M60 Millturn / 2000mm with control Siemens Sinumerik 840D PL. YOC: 2004
The machine is completely overhauled, fully checked and fully working. The Turninmg -boring-milling und and the tailstock are completely refurbished. Milling spindle and spindle bearings are new. Cables and hydraulic hoses area also new. The machine geometry is within the original protocol values of a new machine (with measuring protocol). The machine is equipped with steady rest slide and tailstock (both with autom. Positioning and extremely rigid hydraulic clamping on the bed. Chuck and steady rest according to customer requirement (brand new items will be included). Chuck dia. Max. 500mm and steady rest max. 380mm opening dia. Tool system is HSK100 (external 90 station magazine with ATC). The machjine is equipped with glass scales for all linear machining axis. Furtthermore the machine is equipped with a 80 bar high pressure pump for deep hole drilling and 2t feed force for Z, X- and Y axis. The B-axis increment is 0.001° and is equipped with and additional indexing system with extremely high torque. Putting into operation and Training can be offered upon request. If rquired the outside colour can be adjusted according to customer requirements.
