Automated manufacturing plant for the production of SDR 11 and SDR17 grade tube bends
Patented bending system where the ends of the tubes are inserted into the bend radius during bending. This reduces the reduction of the outer wall of the tube during bending and reduces costly material additions to compensate for the loss of wall thickness.
Tube bends can be manufactured with a final bend angle of 90°.

Rotation of bending blanks during heating to achieve homogeneous heating
The ends are not heated, so their geometry remains unchanged. The bending of the tube can therefore be further processed by conventional butt welding of tubes
