Vehicle preparation for Passage aux Mines.
Passage to the brake bench and clearance plate. 4-way valve check and
independence of the tanks. Update of the tank sheet. Check for
absence of play on the running gear and steering. Check the condition of the
brakes and adjustment. Position the vehicle, wedge the chassis, remove the
wheels, remove the discs, pads and hubs, remove the
two pivots and replace them, reassemble the assembly, lubricate.
Disassemble the two hanging rods and replace and reassemble.
Remove the four air cushions at the rear and replace and reassemble the assembly. Remove the two axle tie rods and
replace and reassemble the assembly.
Disassemble the fifth wheel kit, recondition, reassemble, adjust and lubricate.
Remove the hydraulic hose, lift the skip, make and
replace. Check the air conditioning, find a leak, remove the hose and
replace the dehydrator, reassemble the vacuum draw of the
recharge circuit and check the pressures. Repair the oil leak, replace the seal and reassemble. Pass the case for
abs fault analysis, check the power supply unit and sensors, repair
harness, replace the sensor, reassemble, erase the fault, road test ok. Replacement of the two radiator grille cylinders
and headlight grille. Restoration of the driver's side door closing function.
Check and repair of the lighting and signaling.
Adjustment of the headlights. Repair of the ABS trailer power supply harness. Draining of the engine, gearbox, axle, replacement of all the
filters, checking of the n
