Semi-automatic Nail packaging line

Boxes - 1 to 5 kg
Speed - 3 to 5 boxes per minute (depends on box size)
Max nails length - 160 mm
Scale is electronical (not mechahical)

Packaging process is the following -

1. the worker manually forms a cardbox and puts box on the tape
2. The line pulls the box /sorts the nails/ weights the nails/ throws out the box further on the moving tape
3. The worker manually closes the box and puts it on the wooden pallet
