Vertical Broaching Machine Type SRM 2027 – BRAND NEW:

The main application is the production of keyways from 3–28 mm (and beyond) and profiles of similar dimensions. The compact, space-saving machine is therefore ideal for use in small, medium, and large companies. The low price makes it attractive even for small batch manufacturing or one-offs.

The drive is provided by a multi-speed gear brake motor. The maintenance-free double spindle drive ensures smooth operation, a central pulling point, and a constant cutting performance. The open work table allows even large workpieces to be easily positioned. Usually, the workpieces to be broached do not need to be firmly clamped. Stroke adjustment is set by adjustable end switches with stroke limitation. For short hubs/workpieces, multiple workpieces can be stacked.
