This universal automatic slicer is designed for cutting meat, poultry, game, fish, cheese, vegetables, and fruit into slices, strips, or cubes. It is suitable for both fresh and frozen products.
The cutting length is continuously adjustable, making the machine highly versatile. It is an ideal portioning machine for butcher shops, slaughterhouses, and small to medium-sized meat processing companies.
The dicing machine is completely manufactured from stainless steel.
