UNIVERSAL AUTOMATIC SAW AND SPLITTER PŁD- 400/20T
Saw splitter is a chain saw with a conveyor used for preparing firewood , fireplace wood in large quantities . This device combines in one working cycle cutting wood with a chain saw together with its splitting and transferring to a heap by means of a conveyor belt. Purpose : mainly for companies engaged in the production of timber for commercial purposes , the machine will also find use in households , agricultural , greenery maintenance plants , forestry and municipal .

The basic model is equipped with the function : sawing by chain guide , moving the timber under the saw and loading the log the operator performs with hydraulic levers . Splitting and transporting the split billets by the receiving feeder is done automatically and the log pressure and setting the height of the splitting wedge is done manually by the operator . The machine is produced in a version powered by a 7.5 KW electric motor or a 13 HP gasoline engine . The P£D-400 is equipped with an automatic high speed valve , I automatically adjust the optimal force of the main piston in the working range of 7-20 tons , so that when splitting thin logs the speed increases , while with thicker logs the splitting force increases . The automatic high speed splitting valve significantly reduces the working time and significantly reduces electricity consumption .
