An originally packed and unused Tanabe rotary kiln with all necessary accessories is available. 1) Rotary kiln: length: 17m, height: 2400mm (+400mm/600mm increase), width including drive: 2600mm, heated zone X/Y: 700mm/8000mm, heating capacity: 200kW, max. temperature: 500°C-550°C (900°C possible with retort change and heating upgrade), feed: screw feeder, speed control of the rotary kiln: 0.5U-2U/min, weight: approx. 23500kg, including separate supply air heater. 2) Rotary tube cooler: length: 10600mm, height: 1600mm (+400mm/600mm increase), width including drive: 2200mm, cooled zone X/Y: 700mm/3500mm, cooling type: water cooling with water circuit, speed control: 1.1U-4.3U/min, outlet: rotary valve, weight: approx. 8200kg. 3) Exhaust air filter including exhaust air fan, HEPA filter and dust collector with a temperature tolerance of 250°C. Control system: Siemens system control for local operation, 3x HMIs, several control panels and control cabinets. Including various accessories such as spare parts, transportation aids and associated smaller devices. The entire system is brand new and is still in its original packaging.
