The product is fed along dedicated guides, which stabilize the carcass immediately before contact with the cutting disc, which has an optimally selected tooth profile. Thanks to a 1.5 kW drive, the device guarantees a clean, perfectly even cut without bone splinters or tearing of adjacent muscles (such as pork loin or tenderloin). The use of a mechanical cutter eliminates the heavy, dangerous, and inconsistent manual work previously performed with cleaver saws or manual splitters.
