Automatic extruder for fibre production with granulate feeding possibility.
Equipped with 90 mm diameter extruder with 30 L/D ratio screw, belt driven filter changer (for continuous operation) and 1000 mm width head unit (wide die).
Equipped with a cooling roller and a cutting unit for slitting film strips of the desired size to ensure the solidification of the produced film.
Heat-insertion stretching chamber between slow and fast running rollers for stretching the foil strips in 15 turns.
The surface of the stretched foil strips is provided by a needle fibrillation unit.
The finished fibrillated film filaments are wound on a 20-unit automatic filament winding stand.
