For sale is a Z4 centrifugal finishing system / vibratory finishing system for surface treatment of workpieces.

The system is suitable for deburring, edge rounding, cleaning, smoothing, polishing, and burnishing of small to medium-sized workpieces. The centrifugal technology enables intensive processing with short cycle times. The machine is particularly suitable for series production, metal processing, stamped parts, turned parts, milled parts, and smaller precision components.

The system is offered including a pneumatic unit and control cabinet. The Z4 features an integrated separation system for separating workpieces and grinding media, as well as a continuously variable speed adjustment of the rotating table via a frequency inverter.
