Sollich Turbotemper TE 1600 D tempering machine with nut mixture unit NM 200 VA and cooling unit, year of manufacture 2021, complete tempering and mixing unit from a production line for palm oil-free bread spreads. All components were designed, commissioned, and operated together; approximately 180 operating hours.

Item 1 – Sollich Turbotemper® TE 1600 D tempering machine (machine no. 35120005). Disc tempering machine in 3 stages, tempering capacity ≥1,350 kg/h (actual max. consumption approx. 1,200 kg/h). Stage 1: Heating stage, recrystallization to approx. 45 °C, separate hot water circuit with cooling function. Stage 2: Cooling/crystallization zone, constant crystal content, large cooling surfaces, high shear rate. Stage 3: Mixing zone for homogeneous crystal distribution, can also be used as a cooling stage. First-in/first-out principle, dedicated circulation pump for each stage. Siemens PLC + TP 900 (9") touch panel, program memory for 40 recipes. Reinforced drive with current measurement, HMI visualization, automatic power control. Two additional water circulation circuits for heating the mass and return lines. Thermal start-up protection, PT-100 sensor, safety pressure switch with digital pressure display. Connection: Cooling water 5–10 °C, 2–4 bar; 400 V, 3 phases, 50 Hz.

Item 2 – Nut mixture unit NM 200 VA (machine no. 35120025). For a maximum of 1,200 kg/h of bread spread with 5–10% solids. Pull-out mixing screw for easy cleaning. 2 plate feeders TD 1 (machine no. 35120030/35120035), each with a level switch and a 150-liter hopper. Double-walled collection hopper with emptying pump SKP 1000 L-VA (machine no. 35120040). Unheated connecting pipe for complete emptying, can be dismantled via milk pipe fittings/quick couplings. Warm water circulation system, stainless steel control cabinet, operation via the HMI of the tempering machine. Mobile stainless steel frame with swivel castors, media connections pluggable.

Item 3 – Mass pumps: Feed pump SPN 1500 (2", machine no. 35120010) and bypass pump SPN 1000 (2", machine no. 35120015), both frequency-controlled via the control system of the tempering machine.

Item 4 – Cooling unit KKT chillers cBoxX40, air-cooled, year of manufacture 2021, designed to match this system. Cooling capacity 29 kW (10 °C/35 °C), refrigerant R410A, scroll compressor, flow rate 4.5 m³/h, free pump pressure 3.0 bar, tank volume 300 l (stainless steel 1.4301), 400/3/50 V, dimensions 2,030×830×1,240 mm, weight 540 kg, including level package and leveling feet. Complies with Eco-design Directive (EU) 2015/1095 + 2016/2281.

The buyer receives a coordinated, immediately re-installable unit including refrigeration; separate design of the cooling capacity is not required.

Condition, history and process: Year of manufacture 2021, commissioning in week 40/2021, approximately 180 operating hours, exclusively for palm oil-free bread spreads including nut-containing masses. Stored in Wuppertal since the end of 2024, inspection by appointment. Documentation, operating manuals and conformity documents are available. Purchase value in 2021 including delivery and commissioning: 248,800 € (Sollich) plus 9,800 € (cooling unit) = 258,600 €. The machines are also available individually.
