The vertical Z-axis is driven by a ball-return screw, which ensures perfect balance under dynamic loading and withstands sudden accelerations and decelerations. The main milling unit is directly coupled to the Z-axis carriage, ensuring very high-quality finishing due to the complete absence of vibration. Movement along the X-Y-Z axes is achieved by brushless motors powered by static inverters.
