The kaitec Easycut is a highly flexible CNC gantry cutting system, specifically developed for cutting material thicknesses between 1 and 50 mm. Thanks to its space-saving flatbed design, it is ideally suited for a wide range of applications.

The double-sided driven machine gantry ensures exceptional cutting results through high rigidity and precise mechanical guidance. Available in three cutting area sizes, the kaitec Easycut can be tailored exactly to your sheet metal processing needs. It impresses with its great flexibility in the compact cutting machine segment.

kaitec Easycut – WATER TABLE SYSTEM

The robust water table forms the basis of the flatbed design. The precisely aligned longitudinal guides and the sturdy, serrated cutting grate reduce slag, protect the slats, and minimize maintenance costs.

Optimized tank depth enables efficient slag collection and cooling. In addition, the system is easy to clean and reliably captures cutting dust.

kaitec Easycut – PROFESSIONAL CUTTING TECHNOLOGY FOR PROFESSIONALS

With its highly efficient plasma process, material thicknesses up to 25 mm can be cut precisely and cost-effectively. Automatic initial height sensing, arc voltage control, and intelligent collision protection ensure maximum quality and repeatability. The automated cutting process and long consumable life notably reduce operating costs.

The oxyfuel process also impresses with straightforward handling and reliable functionality. The CNC-controlled piercing function optimizes preheating times and automatically regulates the oxygen supply, enabling sheets up to 50 mm to be cut efficiently. The oxyfuel system is available for acetylene or propane gas and features automatic height control for consistently precise cutting results.
