This is a vibrating conveying / vibrating fluidized bed dryer-cooler unit from SCHENCK Process (SFV series/type).

Operation: The equipment uses vibration to advance the bulk product along a perforated grid (width 260 mm). Air (hot or cold) is generally injected from below to fluidize, dry, cool, or dust-remove the material during its transfer.

Drive system: It is powered by two Schenck vibrating/unbalance motors (SED 180-4 type), each with a power of 1.7 kW, mounted under the chassis. They create the oscillatory movement necessary for transport via micro-jumps.

Suspension: The machine body rests on large coil springs to isolate the fixed white chassis (3210x730x930 mm) from the vibrations.

Materials: Constructed of stainless steel with sealed inspection ports, suitable for the requirements of the food, chemical, or pharmaceutical industries.
