Sandvik Coromant

IPCO 1200 SA steel belt – high-quality austenitic stainless steel, used across a wide range of industrial sectors. The belt is unused and has never been installed on a conveyor system.

Dimensions: 135 m (length) x 1000 mm (width) x 1.2 mm (thickness) + 2 × EUR guiding keys on the underside

Features and Benefits

- High static strength
- Excellent fatigue strength
- Outstanding corrosion resistance – suitable for food and chemical environments
- Good wear resistance
- Very good repairability (full service coverage across Europe)

Temperature Parameters

- Excellent mechanical properties at low temperatures – safe operation down to -80°C
- Operating range up to approx. 400°C (750°F) without loss of mechanical properties or corrosion resistance
- At 450°C (840°F), chromium carbide precipitation may occur, reducing corrosion resistance

Applications

- Food industry (cooling, freezing, drying, feed production)
- Chemical and pharmaceutical industries
- Processes requiring resistance to moisture, organic acids (citric, lactic, acetic), as well as selected inorganic acids (nitric, boric, phosphoric, sulfurous)
