ROSSI & CATELLI OLIMPIC TC XX/ASD aseptic multitubular sterilizer, designed for the continuous thermal treatment of liquid, semi-liquid, and viscous food products in aseptic processing lines.

The system uses tubular/multitubular heat exchange technology to heat and subsequently cool the product indirectly and in a controlled manner. It is designed for processes where sterilization conditions must be achieved before proceeding to storage or aseptic filling.

Its extensive configuration of stainless steel tubular sections provides a large heat exchange surface area and allows the different phases of the process to be integrated into a single unit.

The product circulates through the multitubular system, where it can pass through different phases of preheating, heating, sterilization, thermal holding, and cooling, depending on the configuration and parameters established for each process.

Indirect exchange allows for controlled product temperature while keeping it separate from the heat transfer fluid.
