The machine will be overhauled in our company on customer request. Among other things, the following points will be renewed:
- Conversion to Siemens S7 PLC control
- Conversion to Siemens HMI control panel
- Replacement of the pneumatic feed or replacement of the ball screw spindle
- Replacement of servo motor and servo inverter
- Replacement of the frequency converter for the main saw drive
- New electronic components
- New pneumatic lines
- Maintenance or replacement of all pneumatic cylinders and valve terminals
- Optimization of the suction concept
- Maintenance of the central and minimum lubrication system
- Replacement of general wear parts
- Overhaul of the machine body

The machine also has:
- Minimum lubrication for optimum sawing quality

Due to its equipment and design, the machine is suitable for mass cutting of steel in the high-precision tolerance range.

Guarantee:
Unless otherwise agreed, we guarantee our machines for 6 months on all parts overhauled or replaced by us. Working time and wearing parts are excluded from the guarantee.
