Model NRK-400 In-Line Screw Capping Machine complete with conveyor and guide rails, gripper chains and gripper blocks, four pairs
of quills (cap tightening discs), Cap H-26 Hopper/Sorter, cap delivery and application system for 99.8% efficiency.
This system can handle both Lug and Screw caps up to 350 caps per minute, depending on product size and condition. The machine can be equipped with steam heating of caps as well as Steam or Gas injection.
Compatible with caps ranging from 10-70mm.
Include touchscreen controls, power height adjustment, pneumatic "on-the-fly" adjustable clutches, power height adjustable gripper belts, electronically controlled safety switches, Allen-Bradley controls, locking safety interlock switches, container spacing unit, LED safety stack lights, lock out tag out systems.
