Rational UVP 61/101/E

This is an UltraVent Plus hood from the premium manufacturer Rational, model UVP 61/101E, year of manufacture 2022. The hood is suitable for iCombi unit sizes 6-1/1 and 10-1/1 in electric version. Thanks to condensation technology, the UltraVent binds escaping steam. No external exhaust connection or modifications to an existing extraction system are required for this recirculation hood. In addition to the condensation technology of the UltraVent, the UltraVent Plus features a special filter system which not only condenses steam, but also significantly reduces smoke produced during grilling or frying. This allows RATIONAL cooking systems to be installed even in sensitive locations, such as front-of-house areas.

The hood has been refurbished in our in-house workshop, is fully functional, and a brand new activated carbon filter has been installed.
