The Pulsotronic M-Pulse2 BD HD, a professional conveyor metal detector, is an advanced X-ray and magnetic inspection system designed for the highest standards of safety and quality control in the food industry (meat, processing, bakery) and logistics. Thanks to the use of multi-frequency technology (MFT), the device features exceptional sensitivity in detecting ferromagnetic, non-ferromagnetic contaminants, and stainless steel, effectively eliminating the influence of the so-called "product effect" (common when inspecting moist meat, cheese, or fresh baked goods).

The wide detection head with an aperture of 650 mm x 150 mm allows for the simultaneous inspection of a wide stream of loose products, large blocks of raw materials, or finished dishes in bulk and individual packaging. The integrated conveyor system, with dimensions of 1200 x 610 mm, guarantees complete stability in handling the product range. The system is prepared for an automatic pneumatic reject system (4-6 bar power supply required), which eliminates defective batches of goods without stopping the entire production line.
