ST Circular Saw Fully Automatic PROFILMA 502
Fully automatic operation, 7.5 kW drive, S6, 400 V, 50 Hz, 2850 rpm. Suitable for saw blades Ø 550 mm, cutting capacity 270 x 150 mm (width x height), Ø 190 mm. Max. profile width 270 mm. Equipped with Siemens S7 controller with touch display incl. piece counter. Includes CPU 315 and Flexisoft, batch multiplier for bundle material processing. Cycle time indication in seconds, chain dimensions, includes reversing device for cut lengths up to 4 m max. Automatic shut-off via limit switch at end of material, fault diagnostics, including IXON router for VPN connection (see datasheet). Motorized saw blade feed, steplessly adjustable, vertical and horizontal clamping from bottom to top (both on feed and discharge side of saw head). Cutting gap extension on both sides of the saw blade. Electronic material feed unit with 800 mm feed length, utilizing ball screw and servomotor, including pneumatic horizontal and vertical clamping system. The profile support area in the feed zone is equipped with a lift/lower roller. Remnant cut from 75 mm, profile-dependent. Clamping pressure reduction horizontally and vertically with 6 pressure regulators. Intermittent spray device with level monitoring and automatic shut-off, 1-liter lubricant reservoir. Noise protection package—frame interior lined with soundproofing mats. Two extraction nozzles Ø 100 mm. Safety guard over both the saw head and the feed unit. 740 mm roller conveyor with intrusion guard on the infeed side, 450 mm pertinax tabletop with intrusion guard on the outfeed side.

MG 3 Chip Extraction
Dust and chips are collected in a 172-litre metal container, which is removable for easy emptying. Two outlets with 100 mm hose adapters (no extraction hose included). 3.0 kW drive, 400 V, 50 Hz, three-phase motor. Max. air flow rate 2,600 m³/h, vacuum 30 mbar, with fan snail housing above the extractor. Large filter surface, pneumatic shaker unit for filter cleaning, filter class M. Max. noise level 80 dB(A). Selector switch for continuous operation or saw-controlled operation (no power cable). Painted: RAL 7035 / 9016.
