The Perkin Elmer Chemagic 360-D is an automated benchtop system for the isolation of nucleic acids (DNA and RNA) from a variety of sample materials. It utilizes Chemagen’s magnetic bead technology to obtain highly pure nucleic acids for various downstream applications.

Technology: The system is based on Chemagen’s patented M-PVA magnetic bead technology. Metal rods are magnetized to collect the beads with the bound nucleic acids and transfer them between different process solutions, thereby minimizing cross-contamination.

12-Rod Head: For sample volumes from 1 ml to 10 ml.
