For sale is a highly productive pallet manufacturing system for four-way pallets. The main line from P+K GmbH was completely overhauled in 2020 and has been in almost no operation since then. The system efficiently covers the entire process from stringer prefabrication, main nailing, IPPC marking to nesting/stacking.

Technical Data & Highlights:

• Changeover times: Fully automatic size adjustment of almost all components at the push of a button!
• Main line output: approx. 600 four-way pallets / 8 hours with only 2 operators
• Stringer line output: High-performance cycle time of approx. 4 seconds per stringer
• Control system: Siemens PLC S7 (main line)
