*The maximum size of the workpiece will be smaller than the maximum operating range of the press, depending on the type of joint (dovetail or pin) and the method of positioning the workpiece in the machine (pre-assembled or unassembled).

PRESS DESCRIPTION

• 3 positions for the lower beam
• Pressure is adjusted directly from the hydraulic unit using a knob; the current pressure is displayed on an indicator during operation.
• All electrical components are manufactured in accordance with European standards; each component has a code corresponding to the marking on the electrical diagram.
• Hydraulic unit with a pump in an oil bath for better noise reduction and lubrication. A 1.5 kW motor is installed on the oil tank.
• The rack and pinion system allows for precise movement of the upper beam.
• The supporting structure is made of welded iron elements, Fe 430 grade.
• Control panel:
- Button for vertical movement of the beam
- Button for vertical clamping
- Button for opening the horizontal clamping corners
- Button for horizontal clamping of the corners
- Additional button for two-handed activation of the press functions
