DESCRIPTION

DM100 Z2C – performs edge rounding and removes sharp burrs on both the inner and outer edges of steel, stainless steel, or aluminum parts after laser, shear, or stamping separation of metal parts, with dimensions ranging from 50 x 50 mm up to 1100 x 100 mm.

The 1st station processes the products using a contact roller (approx. 55° Shore) with a sanding belt, removing heavy burrs in the first step.

The 2nd station processes the products with two counter-rotating transverse belts from below and above. The transverse belts round the edges of the parts to be processed, both on the inner and outer edges.

A major advantage is also the deburring of products with surface protection film, as only the edges are processed without damaging the film.
