MKN Optima 850 Gasausführung

This is a 190-liter rectangular gas-fired cooking pot from the premium manufacturer MKN, model Optima 850 (2062832S). It can be easily emptied via a safety drain valve. The cooking pot has a thermostatic temperature control, automatic monitoring of the operating water level, and automatic refill and continuous readiness for operation. A quick-steam system (Vapro) with a short heating time is included. Furthermore, the double-jacketed pot with a separate (integrated and maintenance-free) steam generator ensures low energy and water consumption and high efficiency for rapid heating. The unit has undergone a new inspection in our in-house workshop and is fully functional. The cooking pot is in good used condition.

The cooking pot is available from week 15.
