MERCEDES-BENZ 310 D-KA hoch/lang Feuerwehr LKW 9-Sitzer Servo

Original German vehicle.

In service with a small municipality until 2026, initially with the fire department and then with the municipal depot.

This vehicle has a civilian truck registration as a "closed-body truck" and the papers indicate a total of 9 seats.

The vehicle was initially used as a multipurpose vehicle (MZF), and later the municipality's lawnmower was transported in it. Only one bench seat is permanently installed. Two of the three bench seats were not needed in recent years and are included as loose items. The seatbelts and mounting screws are also included in their original condition. A folding table with a radio headset is still mounted on the left side, and an original large fire department first-aid kit is integrated into the interior.

Engine: OM 602, 5-cylinder naturally aspirated diesel with 2874 cc. The engine always starts perfectly and initially runs smoothly, but after approximately 20 seconds of idling, the idling performance deteriorates significantly, and smoke starts to appear. When the engine reaches operating temperature, the smoke decreases, and the engine runs smoothly again, almost normally. The engine is either severely worn or has an engine malfunction. No precise diagnosis has been made yet.

The vehicle starts immediately and functions well, and the usual engine power was fully available during a short test drive, but we do not guarantee its drivability. A repair is certainly necessary in the short term!

For driving short distances or loading onto a RORO ship in the port heading to Africa, this 310 D appears to function without any problems.

Body with individual rust spots; overall, it is still relatively well-preserved due to being stored in a garage for many years. The window of the passenger door is damaged and covered with a film. The paintwork has been repaired in black around the lower part of the vehicle.

Apparently, the car was always very well maintained at the fire department, but unfortunately not afterwards!

The running board on the sliding door – which is still visible in the photos – has been removed for use on another vehicle and is no longer present.

The tires (205R14C) are from 2013 and are not porous, with approximately 50-60% tread depth.

The vehicle is primarily intended for export or for genuine fans of the Bremen transporter who are looking for a completely unaltered base for restoration. The TÜV (technical inspection) expired in 12/2025 and will not be renewed. We have deliberately kept the purchase price attractive, as comparable vehicles in good condition are now usually sold for twice the price or even higher. A personal inspection is highly recommended due to the defects and can be arranged by appointment.
