MECAL MC 302 Geos 5-MMI

MECAL MC302 GEOS-5 5-AXIS MACHINING CENTRE, manufactured in 2014 in Italy, is designed for milling, drilling, tapping, and cutting of profiles made from aluminium alloys and plastics. The machine, equipped with top-quality components and innovative solutions, can process both on a single workspace and within two separate working zones, which significantly increases speed and production efficiency. Simultaneous machining in two working areas is possible thanks to the longitudinal worktable with a sliding machining station and chip conveyor.

The MECAL machining centre for aluminium profiles achieves high structural rigidity due to its base made from high-grade steel tubes. During operation, the profile is held in place by special clamps with an independent power supply system, allowing for positioning and automatic repositioning of each individual clamp in a very short time. All 5 axes (X, Y, Z, A, C), driven by motors with digital systems, move along automatically lubricated precision guides. The MECAL GEOS-5 machining centre is offered with 3D software, providing a high level of programming flexibility, user-friendly operation, and an intuitive graphical interface.
