The Manroland Roland 504-L is a high-performance four-color sheetfed offset press, manufactured in 2003 and currently operational in a printshop in Germany. With a 520 x 740 mm format and 170 million impressions, this press is built for demanding, high-volume production environments.

The Roland 504-L is equipped with coating units for added versatility, and features semi-automatic plate change (PPL) for quick job turnarounds. Automatic format adjustment and non-stop devices for feeder and delivery ensure seamless operation and minimal downtime. Advanced features such as inking unit temperature control (Tempcontrol NT3), a powder device (Hitronic-S Grafix), and a dampening solution cooling unit (Technotrans) guarantee consistent print quality and optimal operating conditions.
