Liquid Particle Analyzer Malvern Mastersizer 2000 with Hydro 2000S module.

The Hydro 2000S module can circulate between 50 ml and 150 ml of liquid. Variable pump/mixer speeds enable suspension and circulation of particles with different sizes and densities, while the variable-power ultrasonic system allows dispersion of particle agglomerates.

The Mastersizer 2000 measures the particle size distribution in a sample and displays the proportions on a computer as a graph. Measurement is performed as the particles pass between the detector array and the laser.
