With the sawing system, a wide variety of aluminum profiles can be processed fully automatically. The machine consists of a stable base. Star guides and precision carriages are used to position the saw unit. The drives are equipped with servo motors. For sawing, the saw unit moves 300 mm forwards on the Y-axis and can easily saw special profiles, panels or Item and Bosch profiles. The support table consists of moveable rollers that are moved to the correct position depending on the section length. All rollers are also mounted on precision carriages. The saw also has a stable storage table on which the sawn-off aluminum parts are placed. (Optionally, the sawn parts can also be transported away directly via a conveyor belt, including the chips). The machine is available with a section length of 6,000 mm. It therefore has a total length of 7,000 mm. The sawing system is delivered with a suitable 2-channel minimum quantity spray system. In addition, the system will be delivered with a 400 or 600 saw blade.
