Fully integrated, high-capacity production line capable of manufacturing complete domestic and commercial refrigerators/freezers from raw sheet metal to final packaged products.

Key Stations of the Production Line:

- Sheet Metal Processing Station

- Thermoforming (Vacuum Forming) Unit: CANNON FORMA vacuum forming machine (for ABS/HIPS inner liners and door liners).

- Polyurethane (PU) Foaming Line: NORTOOL Oy cabinet and door foaming fixtures with high-pressure PU injection system.

- Main Assembly Conveyor Line: Integrated assembly line for components, doors, and cooling circuits.

- Evacuation & Gas Charging Station: High-vacuum pumping station and automatic refrigerant gas charging equipment.
