The rotary destoning machine is designed to remove stones from various types of fruit, such as peaches, apricots, plums, and cherries, producing a lumpy purée.
The product is pushed by a guillotine between two rollers rotating towards each other (one with a rubber surface and the other with toothed disks) and is separated from the stone by being crushed.
The guillotine device, with its alternating vertical movement, allows the product to be pressed against the rollers.

The extractors facilitate the extraction of the product from the indented disks.
The destoned product will be directed separately into the discharge hopper by the distributor (distribution device). The cover prevents the product from escaping during processing.
