The ESR-1300/2.5 three-roll electromechanical rolling mill with asymmetric shafts is used to produce cylindrical and conical shells of various diameters. This machine is designed for bending sheets up to 2.5 mm, length 1300 mm, upper shaft diameter 90 mm. The most popular are three-roll bending machines from this series, due to their relatively simple and functional construction.

The lower and upper rollers rotate through a system of gears and a chain drive from an electric motor

Chain drive transmits rotation from the electric motor to the rollers. The upper roller is foldable, which facilitates the removal of finished products. The folding roller is equipped with a lock preventing its spontaneous opening during operation.
