LT ULTRA ice blocking

The Ice Blocking Machine is designed and built for fixing blanks (ocular lenses) onto tool holders/workpiece carriers. The fixing process involves spraying a water-based medium onto the blanks, which is then frozen. This process serves as preparation for the subsequent machining of the blanks. Only the specified blanks and workpiece carriers may be used. The machine is designed for use in a cleanroom with ISO Class 8.

The machine has not been used in normal operation.
