The Loma IQ3 professional metal detector is one of the most reliable and technologically advanced solutions in the field of product inspection and quality control on production lines. The device has been designed to meet the stringent requirements of the food sector, particularly for meat, poultry, and fish processing plants, bakeries, and catering and ready-meal companies. Operating on the basis of advanced digital signal analysis, the detector effectively identifies and eliminates metal contaminants – both ferrous (Fe) and non-ferrous (Non-Fe), as well as hard-to-detect stainless steel (SS) – protecting consumers and expensive processing machinery from damage.

The detector is equipped with an intuitive automatic product learning system ("Auto-Learn"), which allows for quick and precise calibration for a specific type of product (e.g., fresh meat, cheese, bread, finished products), taking into account the so-called product effect, which often generates false alarms in cheaper devices. The conveyor belt, with an optimal length of 2200 mm and a belt width of 500 mm, allows for smooth transport of products in bulk and in single or bulk packaging directly after the packaging process.
