The system consists of a vertical buffer (vertical storage location/rack for sandwich panels) and a storage and retrieval unit (transport robot).

Transport robot (storage and retrieval unit) structure:
2 x 90° pivoting roller conveyors
Chassis for longitudinal travel approx. 9,000 mm
Including 4 individually controllable clamping grippers for pushing out the sandwich panels
Including roller conveyor with 90° pivoting function for positioning wall elements
