Telescopic bedplates between vertical spindles
Infeed side pressure unit
Double side pressure unit opposite fence side head moving with near side head with pneumatic loading
Adjustable side guides after near side head
Pad pressure after top head with vertical screw adjustment and mechanical digital readout
2000 mm pre-straightening infeed table with fence each 10 mm adjustment
40 mm diameter spindles belt driven, with spindle speed of 6000 rpm
All spindles have horizontal and vertical adjustment, with mechanical digital readouts for fast and accurate setting
Independent manual vertical adjustment to top head
High precision spindle units with high speed bearings
All bedplates and fences have 0.3 mm hardened chrome HRC at 60°
Automatic bed lubrication system with timer control
Chipbreaker assembly before first and second top head with twin cylinder pneumatic loading
One piece heavy duty cast iron main frame with optimum vibration absorption
Centralised lubrication system to all main slides
Vertical spindles have 80 mm vertical adjustment
Horizontal spindles have 40 mm horizontal adjustment
Safety interlock at infeed to prevent feeding oversized material
ATS electronic positioning by keypad control and motorised adjustment to near side spindle horizontal movement with dual LED measurement display for tool compensation to give radius and actual cutting sizes (Model REC-705B)
ATS electronic positioning by keypad control and motorised adjustment to first top spindle vertical movement with dual LED measurement display for tool compensation to give radius and actual cutting sizes (Model REC-705B) – additional LED dual readout display Type REC-720 positioned at first top head
ATS electronic positioning by keypad control and motorised adjustment to second top spindle vertical movement with dual LED measurement display for tool compensation to give radius and actual cutting sizes (Model REC-705B) – additional LED dual readout display Type REC-720 positioned at second top head

Note:
The REC-720 LED dual readouts are linked together with the main REC-705B controller so that they both read the same whether the spindle is adjusted from the top head position manually or at the infeed controller with motorised adjustment – both top heads move together.
