Modernized by the manufacturer KUKA, 2016. This machine is currently undergoing a complete overhaul in our workshop.
The machine bed has been extended to allow welding of components up to 6 m in length, with automatic stop adjustment.

Boring bar tubes with a diameter of 178 mm are included.
Equipment: servo-hydraulics, facing unit, steady rest, 2/3 jaw chuck, "positioned welding" possible, e.g., for propeller shafts.
Currently, the friction welding machine is being used in our production for the manufacturing of hydraulic piston rods, aluminum-brass connections, the production of small and large screw taps, and the production of pressure rollers, etc.
