• Built around the Mini Rex Futura divider-rounder (2014), rotary version
• Two-row operation
• Manual product discharge from the outfeed conveyor
• Proofing time: approx. 6 minutes at a capacity of 2,000 pcs/hour
• Stamping station with easily interchangeable tools
• Integrated module for folding, elongating, and flattening
• Capacity: from 1,800 pcs/hour up to 2,500 pcs/hour
• Weight range for stamped rolls: 38–80 g dough piece; for unstamped rolls: 38–130 g
• Stamping patterns: Kaiser roll, GB roll
• Compatible dough types: wheat, graham, yeast dough, doughnuts, etc.
• Single-operator design
