A conveying and filtering system with pump technology is suitable for the fully automatic transport of chips from several machining centers to a central filtration unit. The coolant serves as the carrier medium. This system is particularly advantageous in production areas with a large number of machines. It has a space-saving design and is flexible in terms of height. The user has all the options to freely arrange and rearrange their machine park. The maintenance and care effort is low.

Areas of Application

The closed-loop system is suitable for the fully automatic return of the chip/coolant mixture from several machining centers to a central separator/filter. This supplies the machines with cleaned coolant. The system is used in large production areas with a machine park of 30 or more machines and as an isolated solution (wet machining).
