The fully hydraulic production rapid bow saw is equipped with a universal hydraulic system allowing for exclusive or alternating cutting of thin- and thick-walled profiles as well as solid material, without the need to change the saw blade, utilizing a uniform tooth pitch of 3 or 4 teeth per inch. Features include preloaded bow guide, enclosed oil hydraulics, triple pivot bearing, separate coolant system, steplessly adjustable hydraulic cutting pressure, lift motion and accelerated return stroke, and is factory-equipped with an infinitely variable miter facility. The saw bow can be lifted in rapid traverse mode. The pendulum vise ensures optimum saw blade utilization. The longitudinal guide features ground and hardened guide rails for transmitting cutting forces to the saw bow. Automatic end-of-cut shut-off. Push-button controls for ON, OFF, and rapid traverse of the saw bow.
