In recent years, extensive investments have been made in the technology to ensure reliability:
2024: Installation of a new column including nut.
2023: Replacement of various wear parts (column wiper, slide rails/slide shoes including wiper) as well as complete seal kits for the closing cylinder and multiplier.
2021: Installation of new pump inserts for high and low pressure.

The machine will be sold including a Gauss VS1 dosing unit with a separate, compact control panel and a gas-operated melting furnace with a 200-liter crucible and a Hindenlang gas burner (type HO-3).
Original manual and complete electrical and pneumatic diagrams are available.

The machine is currently still in active production. Since it is in operation, the operating hours cannot be read exactly, but an inspection under power is possible at any time by arrangement.

The machine will be disconnected at the end of September / beginning of October.
